eMoney Advisor announced the launch Wednesday of some new features for its digital marketing and engagement tool called Bamboo.

The most significant of them for many advisors is an integration with the popular Redtail customer relationship management platform, which will enable advisors to more easily manage contacts communications within Bamboo. Using the integration, advisors can now import contacts and groups for email outreach and track correspondence from Bamboo within Redtail.

Two additional enhancements announced include Email Scheduling (providing the ability to set up emails for sending at a later date), and Customizable Branding (allowing advisors to add their firm’s logo and branding on content).

The company shared some of its 2022 vision and planned road map in November, which include addition of “Smart Content” on Bamboo, dynamic real time linkages between financial planning and third-party investment management applications, as well as continued improvements to its Incentive application.

In other eMoney news, head of product Jess Liberi is departing the company after eight years for a role running advisor technology at the Fidelity mothership.
