While the pandemic has accelerated the number of older workers retiring early from the UK workforce, many of us left before then. I would like to return to work after retiring several years ago but find the prospect daunting. How might I reintegrate when my technical skills may be very rusty, and my network has similarly withdrawn from regular work? Anonymous
